I have read and understood UK Farmcare requirements to ensure that my Practice is kept up to date with all procedural and administrative updates from the Authority, UK Farmcare /Iechyd Da as laid out in the Practice operational manual.
I have received adequate training from my Practice to be able to perform duties related to procedural and administrative updates.
