I have read and understood the UK Farmcare requirements for equipment maintenance as laid out in the Practice operational manual.
I have in my possession a copy of the OV/ATT required equipment list, the maintenance checklist and McLintock/VGrip syringe instructions.
I am able to dismantle, clean, sterilise and reassemble McLintock/VGrip syringes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
I have received adequate training from my Practice to be able to perform routine maintenance and calibration on test equipment.
